| STAFF AND OFFICE The DGDC staff consists of 3 full-time and 1 part-time personnel, Julie M. Thompson the Executive Director, Lara Landers, Promotions Coordinator, an Administrative Assistant and a litter-vac/street sweeper operator. Our office is located at 218 East Walnut Street, in the front yard of the Wayne County Court House. Operating Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Economic Restructuring Committee - The ER Committee works to facilitate new investments in downtown and invoke financial support through community donations to our non-profit organization. This Committee also works on activities and projects that will refine our organization as we step into the community to demonstrate and illustrate the benefits of downtown. Organization - This step in the Main Street Approach is administered and implemented through our staff and the Board itself. We build partnerships to create a consistent revitalization program and develop effective management and leadership downtown. We assure that everyone is working together for a common goal—to make Downtown The Place to Be. |
