The DGDC is comprised of a Board of Directors which directs and administers activities implemented by a full-time staff, financially supported by the City. Board members serve voluntarily and represent diverse backgrounds and interests, including downtown merchants, property owners, businesses, community advocates and organizations. The Board meets once a month, on the 3rd Wednesday at noon.
The DGDC relies on the support of generous community sponsors to fund a full, annual calendar of events and development initiatives.
